Highlights from Marbella on a Mission: Adaptive Tennis in Action
T3 Adaptive Racquet Sports athletes brought great energy to last weekend's Marbella on a Mission event.

On Friday, October 10th, T3 Adaptive Racquet Sports brought the spirit of inclusion and athleticism to Marbella on a Mission, a three-day charity tennis event held at Marbella Country Club in San Juan Capistrano. The event raised funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society and Memorial Care, uniting the community around a shared goal: to raise a racket for a cure.
T3Tennis filled Court #6 with eight talented wheelchair athletes who were introduced alongside more than 60 other participants, receiving a warm and enthusiastic welcome from the crowd. Our athletes delivered a fun, fast-paced demonstration that had the audience cheering from the sidelines.
The group showcased a variety of drills and games, including serving mobility exercises, a Tic-Tac-Toe serving challenge, fast serve contests, target drills, and four-ball movement exercises, even finishing with a lively game of football for extra fun and fitness. With a live microphone on court, the T3ARS team introduced each athlete and explained the purpose behind every activity, turning the evening into both an inspiring and educational experience.
Volunteers and spectators alike joined in the excitement, with a few kids from the audience even hopping into sports chairs to try hitting balls themselves. What an unforgettable moment that highlighted what adaptive tennis is all about: access, inclusion, and joy through movement.
